The contest submission fee is $15. This fee is nonrefundable. All submissions have to be in by April 1st 2009. Winners will be announced by May 15th 2009. Contest Finalists will be eligible for publication in PALF Anthologies.
After the contest results have been announced, all attendees will need to submit a $100 tuition deposit by June 1st.
